Quality Management


In 2016, to do justice to our maxim "simpler, faster, better" in all our activities, we decided to develop our existing quality management according to the norm ISO9001: 2015 and get a certification from an independent certification body. That way, we are able to prove and communicate our quality standards effectively to the public. 

Central to us is the continuous improvement of all our processes, products, and services, to reach our central business objective of maximum customer satisfaction by reaching the fulfillment of the highest quality expectations. In doing so, we are not only considering our internal processes in all our business divisions, but also take the entire supply chain into consideration. Especially important to us is the proximity of our suppliers to our company to ensure short delivery distances, as well as to support the region in and around Mecklenburg Western Pomerania. 

By means of regular internal audits, we evaluate our processes, products, and services permanently and uncover potential for improvement, which is then implemented in collaboration of all divisions and employees through various measures. The yearly external audits for certification provide us with extra input and show us, that we are on the right track. 

Supported is our continuous improvement process by an extensive risk management, through which we uncover potential risks and implement preventative measures to minimize the risk. Especially important to us is the consideration of the risk from the perspective of all our stake holders. That is the only way we can ensure that we know and fulfill the requirements of our stakeholders. 

We give special attention to our error culture. When errors occur, we implement immediate measures to eradicate errors as well as prevent the same error from occurring again in the future. That is how we ensure consistent high quality for our customers and make sure that their needs are met. 

Should there be any problems with an order or on site, we are available through our service hotline and assist you with our complaint management, and solve your problem time-efficiently and effectively. 

In the future, we plan to expand our management systems to integrate other management systems, like environmental management, work safety management, and energy management. We are starting by uniting our quality management with our environmental management. The successful certification of our environmental management system happened in November 2022 through an external audit. It is our objective to implement an integrated management system, whose parts all serve the purpose of shaping VARIOVAC into a more sustainable company.
