Open Recruitment Day

First VARIOVAC Open Recruitment Day a Great Success

On 28 June, there was a real buzz at VARIOVAC – around 130 curious and motivated visitors took the opportunity to get to know our company personally during our very first Open Recruitment Day.

In a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, guests were able to gain insight into who we are, how we work, and what drives us. Whether interested in our products, career opportunities or simply keen to learn more – the feedback was overwhelmingly positive.

A day full of highlights:

  • Live demonstrations of our machines in action: thermoformer, tray sealer, and chamber machine

  • Engaging conversations with dedicated employees from all departments

  • Guided tours through the company offering genuine behind-the-scenes insights

  • Inspiring exchanges with potential future colleagues

A big thank you to all visitors and to the organising team whose dedication, attention to detail, and thoughtful planning made the day such a success. The first VARIOVAC Open Recruitment Day was a thoroughly enjoyable event – and perhaps the beginning of exciting new careers with us.
