We are TOP training company 2026!

The award ceremony took place yesterday, 19 May, in a fitting setting. The title was presented by Matthias Belke, President of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK), and Jaqueline Bernhardt, Minister for Justice, Equality and Consumer Protection.

This award recognises not only our ongoing commitment to providing young people with high-quality training, but also our continuous development of training content and methods. Since November 2025, IHK training companies have been able to take part in the competition and submit applications highlighting their training achievements and efforts.

A jury under the patronage of the IHK President and IHK Chief Executive Lisa Haus assessed the submitted documents and combined this with the experiences of the training advisors. The best IHK training companies are awarded the title of TOP Training Company 2026.

We owe the fact that we have received this award once again to the outstanding dedication of our trainers, the cross-departmental support – and, last but not least, the commitment of our trainees.
